What are your shipping and delivery options?

We offer local delivery within a 15-mile radius, as well as nationwide shipping to states where alcohol transit is legally permitted. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries.

Do I need to show ID when receiving my order?

Yes. Federal and state laws require that all alcohol deliveries be received by an adult aged 21 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of delivery or pickup.

What is your return policy for spirits and wine?

Due to state regulations, we can only accept returns on products that are defective or spoiled (such as 'corked' wine). If you receive a damaged bottle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Can I order online and pick up in-store?

Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. Most orders are processed and ready for collection at our main storefront within two hours.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.

Do you offer bulk discounts for events or weddings?
