At Jensen's Liquors, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to safety and regulatory standards, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to high-value vintage selections and special orders.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, the seals are intact, and you have the original sales receipt or digital order confirmation.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team or visit our storefront to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the bottles in their original shipping containers or equivalent protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our sommeliers inspect the returned stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
